01 – How to Improve Your Decisions, Immediately (And Why *Almost* Nothing Matters)
We all have to make decisions all the time and often we push them out because we are afraid to make the wrong one. Most of the time it is actually better to just decide and move on instead of overanalyzing. Interesting analysis and decision framework on how to make better decisions.
The only mistake you can make with most choices is simply not making one: wasting time.

02 – Building Muscle
Unsubscribe all fitness influencers and YouTube channels. This is the only guide to building muscle you will ever need. Executable by everyone. Very well researched and written like everything Julian Shapiro writes (big fan).
Have a history of not following through? Identify the person you respect most in life — someone who you don't want to think of you as a quitter. Tell them about your 90 day fitness goal and ask them to hold you to it. Create a calendar event for 3 months from now and include them in it.

03 – Addition by Subtraction
This short blog post is a very good reminder that less is often more which seems to become even more true every year.
Three chords and the truth — that’s what a country song is.

04 – Early Work
Everyone knows Paul G. - I love this article of him on the early stages of work. Keep in mind that even the greatest ideas of today’s time seemed “lame” in the beginning.
The right way to deal with new ideas is to treat them as a challenge to your imagination — not just to have lower standards, but to switch polarity entirely, from listing the reasons an idea won't work to trying to think of ways it could.
